Wipe it with a dry, soft cloth only. Do not use oils, furniture polish, solvents or alcohol; they lift or darken the finish unevenly and cannot be undone. Wipe sweat off the band at the end of a day rather than leaving it, and keep the watch out of prolonged direct sunlight. Treated that way, the wood holds its colour and finish for years.
