Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches returned for personal preference or “change of mind.”
  • Accessories such as straps, batteries, or parts (unless defective).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, tampering, or normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number.
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the defect or damage.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refund Timeline

  • Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Replacements will be shipped free of cost once the defect is confirmed.
