Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Watches returned for personal preference or “change of mind.”
- Accessories such as straps, batteries, or parts (unless defective).
- Items damaged due to misuse, tampering, or normal wear and tear.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support with your order number.
- Share clear photos/videos of the defect or damage.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refund Timeline
- Upon inspection and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Replacements will be shipped free of cost once the defect is confirmed.
