All watches purchased from our store come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Defects in the movement or magnetic ball mechanism.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Battery, straps, or bands.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or exposure to water beyond rating.
- Normal wear and tear such as scratches or fading.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Warranty Claims Process
- Contact customer support with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
- Ship the watch to our service center as instructed.
- After inspection, we will repair or replace the product.
Shipping Responsibility
For valid warranty claims, both-way shipping charges are covered by us.
Service Timeline
Warranty service is usually completed within 14–21 business days, subject to parts availability.
No Out-of-Warranty Service
We do not provide repairs or servicing beyond the 12-month warranty period.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement under warranty. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
