Water resistance and care

3ATM covers rain, splashes and hand-washing — not swimming, showering or steam rooms. Wipe the crystal with a soft cloth rather than tissue. Steel needs an occasional clean with a soft brush and plain water at the link joints, dried fully; silicone rinses under a tap. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners on the case finish. The SR920SW cell lasts around 45 months, so a magnetic ball watch of this type needs a battery every three to four years.
